We've found that our standard loop chicken stick may be difficult to engage in some harness hooks. Since the stick was optimized in the meantime, you can use your serial number with the instructions below in order to find out if your bar is affected or not. 

To solve this issue and start your session as comfortable as possible, we'd like to send you a free, shorter stick at our expense. The new stick will work better with all hooks.
